“Get a Grip”
In teams of two, complete 100 repetitions of:
1 deadlift + 1 clean + 1 front squat + 1 push press + 1 push jerk (42.5/30kg)
* once the workout commences the barbell cannot rest on the ground. the partner who hands the bar off must run/ski/row 150m before receiving the bar off their partner
