station 1) 2 man tyre flip + 1 burpee after each flip
station 2) prowler push/pull
station 3) rope climbs
station 4) AB (2 bikes)
station 5) DB man-makers (15/10kg) – 2 people at once
station 6) partner medal sit-ups – 2 people at once
station 7) row for cals – 2 rowers
