Get a Grip
In pairs complete 100 repetitions of the following complex:

1 Deadlift + 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk (40/30kg)

*the bar cannot be rested on the ground at any point during the workout
**the partner who hands the bar off must run 200m or row 300m before receiving the bar again
***if the bar is rested on the ground complete 12 partner burpees before restarting the complex
