Friday 9th June

A) 2 rounds:
30 sec Skipping
30 sec Athletic Burpees
30 sec rest

B) For max reps:
60 sec Rope Climbs
2 minutes rest
60 sec Double Unders
2 minutes rest
60 sec Wall Balls (9/6kg)

C) Every 2 minutes for 18 minutes*:
1) Rope Climbs
2) Double Unders
3) Wall Balls

*for each station complete the number of reps you achieved in your 60 sec max effort test
