B) Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes
2 x Hang Snatch

C) Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes
2 x Snatch Lift-Offs + 2 Snatch

 

D) In pairs, 15 minute AMRAP:
6 toes through rings
8 power snatches (40/30kg)
10 air squats
(* one partner works through reps while other runs 200m, then swap)
