June – Embrace the Chill
With Winter upon us it’s time to bunker down and stay consistent with your training. This month we will run a workshop on goal setting and show you how our CrossFit program can be used to help you achieve external fitness goals.
- Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend – Normal classes Saturday, 7am & 8am Tier 1 classes Monday 12th June
- Saturday 24th June @ 10am – Goal setting and how to best use our training program to achieve your goals outside the gym
July – 4 weeks free training for you
This month we have our family & friends deal. We will give your family/friend 2 weeks basic classes + 2 weeks membership for free. If they sign up after the trial period we will give you 4 weeks free membership for sharing the love.
